Annual Dinner

The Annual Dinner is and annual awards meeting and banquet that takes place in late January.  The committee plans the food and entertainment as well as collaborates on the awards with the President/CEO.

Community Guide

The Community Guide is a resource tool mailed to and used by over 15,000 area residents. It is also used by business professionals and interested parties looking to move to the area. The guide features the businesses that are members of the Huntley Chamber. The Community Guide also contains useful information on surrounding Village, school districts, community establishments, churches and much more.  The committee is made up of a chairperson, a Huntley Chamber employee and chamber members at large.  Generally the group will consist of at least five people. The main focus of the committee is to help obtain advertisers for the guide. Responsibilities would include but are not limited to, brainstorm ideas for theguide cover, meet on a regular basis to discuss any issues or opportunities, phone calls to possibleadvertisers and proofing of the copy. Although there are a few months of hard work put into this project,the final piece makes working with this committee very rewarding.

Home & Business Expo

Held annually, usually in late February or the first weekend in March the expo draws over 3,500 visitors, boasts over 120 exhibitors and is an excellent affordable opportunity for the business community to showcase their products and services to the public. The committee consists of a chairman and 3 committee members. The responsibilities of the committee include overseeing the production of the show and on-site exhibitor assistance during the show.

Golf Outing

Held annually, usually in late June, the Golf Outing is a great opportunity to invite clients and business associates out for a fun day of golf and networking opportunities. 

Website & Marketing Committee

The Website & Marketing Committee was formed to create a marketing presence for the Chamber website and other marketing tools.

Economic & Development Committee

The Economic & Development Committee role is to work in conjunction with the Village of Huntley to help promote the growth of the business community.

Spring/Fall Committee

The Spring / Fall Committee is usually an event in April or late May and/or October that combines a fun activity like baseball or going to the racetrack and networking.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee is a year round commitment to gain Committee input and develop the yearly budget for Board approval.
